PropertyDealSource is a UK property analytics platform. It reads the same public data everyone else can read, and does the arithmetic that most people do not have time to do.
How we build
Show the working
Every figure carries the assumptions behind it, the denominator it was measured against, and a range rather than a single confident number. If we cannot show how a figure was reached, we do not show the figure.
Model the bad case too
Stress testing is not optional in this product. Any projection you see has been run against void periods, rate rises and cost overruns, and we tell you which one breaks it.
Never promise a return
No guarantees, no "£X per month passive income", no testimonials standing in for evidence. The platform tells you what the numbers do. What you do about them is yours to decide.
Take only what is published
We use public registers and published listings. We do not circumvent anti-bot measures, we do not crawl behind logins, and we attribute every source with the date we read it.
