Premium is for the person deploying capital rather than finding the property. It assumes you will see many deals, need to compare them quickly, and care as much about whether a refurbishment can actually be delivered as about the projected return.
Verified deal packs
A verified pack has had its headline claims checked against the underlying records — title, EPC, planning history, price history — rather than taken from the seller’s summary. Where a claim could not be verified, the pack says which one and why.
Priority access
New listings surface to Premium accounts first. This is a head start measured in hours, not an exclusivity arrangement.
Investor analytics
Portfolio-level reporting across everything you hold or are appraising: exposure by strategy, by region and by lender; blended yield with the denominator stated; concentration risk; and the tax position across the whole portfolio rather than deal by deal.
Pipeline matching
Describe what you buy — strategy, region, ticket size, minimum return, risk appetite — and new properties are matched against it as they arrive. The match score shows which criteria were met and which were compromised, so a 78 is a sentence rather than a number.
Builder matching
Contractors matched from permitted trade sources only: Companies House, TrustMark, Gas Safe, NICEIC, NAPIT and the FMB. We do not scrape review sites, and a builder’s score here reflects registration, certification and company health — not a star rating we are not entitled to reproduce.
