Free gives you one blended score. Pro gives you the sub-scores behind it, the reasoning, the assumptions, the coverage ratio of the underlying data, and the stress tests. When a strategy is ruled out you see which constraint ruled it out, not just a lower number.
Deal packs without a meter running
Unlimited packs. The £10 AI pack fee covers generation of the written pack; regenerating the same one within 24 hours is free, because a typo should not cost you another tenner.

- Pro does not include verified deal packs, priority access, investor analytics, pipeline matching or builder matching. Those are Premium.
- Alerts are evaluated on a schedule, not the instant a portal updates. "Instant" means the next five-minute cycle.
- Data coverage varies by area. Where it is thin, the score says so instead of quietly filling the gap with an average.
